Is goiter transferrable to other people ?

hi !!! goitre means enlargement of the thyroid gland which can occur either due to hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism
goiter can be inherited.it is known to run in families.
but not transferrable though contact,sexual contact,needle injuries,bites or respiratory droplets

It's a hormonal problem witht the thyroid either hypo or hyperthyroidism. If I'm wrong somebody correct me.
