Is there an OTC drug for goiter? i'm not iodine deficient. its due to TSH?

Sorry, no. The hormone you'd need, whether synthetic or human, would never be available over the counter. No other substance can take it's place.

TSH is thyroid stimulating hormone and its actually a pituitary hormone not a thyroid hormone. That's why its really not a good indicator for dosing thyroid medication. There's no way you'd know if its not due to being iodine deficient unless you had testing for this.

If you have a goiter, perhaps you need thyroid medication to shrink it. No over the counter supplement is going to shrink it. Go to the doctor and get a MORNING TSH, free t4, free t3, and an antibody test and find out exactly why you have a goiter.
