Do a woman with hyperthyroidism goiter get pregnant?

Do a woman with hyperthyroidism goiter get pregnant?

About two years ago, I felt a lump on the right side of my thyroid. After a ultrasound and a needle aspiration were done, they discovered three small tumors in the right side as well. They removed all of my thyroid and found that two of the tumors were cancerous. They then gave me radiation treatment.

If you had your thyroid removed and received radiation therapy ... (this the norm ... when a goiter is discovered), a woman is warned to not become pregnant for 6 to 12 months after treatment. If a woman does get pregnant during this period, it's advisable to obtain an abortion, as the infant has a very good chance of being be born severely deformed, born with a damaged thyroid and could be born with congenital heart disease.

yes!under supervision of her doctor.

yes, why not??? their thiroid it's the problem, not the ovaries or reproductive system.
