What food should be avoided if you have a goiter? None. probably mayo ...thats not attractive......i hate it when my hubby gets mayo on his goiter....just my opinion is at an ali goiter??? only kidding, salt, alcohol, seafood Hang on though - goiters are caused by lack of iodine, and the table salt you buy in the store tends to be iodized, and one of the few sources or idoine in our diets. |
