What is the best medicine to be taken for goiter so that it will gone in the neck?

Goiter is swelling of the thyroid gland in the neck. It is caused by insufecient or lack of iodine (seafoods). It requires operation

True it's caused by an under active thyroid - Hashimotos Disease (hypothyroidism) detected by a blood test. If it's left untreated it can become a goiter. It can be treated with a thyroxine replacement - but if you haven't already had it diagnosed - see a doctor!!
