Glandular Fever - Help!?

Hi, i've just been told that I have glandular fever and I need 2 questions answering.

1. How long does it normally last?

2. Is there anything I can take that helps / speeds up the curing of glandular fever.

Do you mean infectious mononucleosis? It is a virus and runs its course 10-14 days.
