What is good for a weak liver (after glandular fever)?

I recenlty had glandular fever and my doctor ran a blood test last week and i got the results today. He said my liver isn't very good. I was just wondering if anyone knows of any herbal remedies that could strengthen my liver? Something i could take for the next two months, before my next check up.

I wouldn't take anything without your Dr's say so if your liver isn't too good....It could do more harm than good. Eating healthily and avoiding alcohol would be a good start :)

milk thistle is very good for your liver

Eat the good fats such as coconut, olive oil, flaxseed oil and don't both with animal fats as they are bad. Plant oils are liquid in the body, animal fats are solid.
