Can Glandular Fever cause infertility in men?

Can Glandular Fever cause infertility in men?

No, this is not a recognised side effect of infectious mononucleosis (glandular fever). You may however experience depression, tiredness and lethargy for a few months as the nature of the infectious organism is such that it takes a long time to clear from your system.
