Can you catch giardia orally? or is it jus through poop?

well you can catch it orally if something is contaminated with poop. say your dog or cat is infectet, clean themselves (eventuallylick analy) and then lick your face or you pet them and the giardia get to your mouth over your hands. Also through contaminated water and unwashed fresh fruit or vegtables that are potentially contaminated.

I believe it comes from drinking infected water.
