My results of the 2hour OGTT test were..fasting result 5.9 which is above 5.4 and after 2 hours after the glucose drink result was 9.3 which is above 7.8 I need to know if anyone knows are these results were high and will i need insulin or can i control it by diet and excersise. I got a doctors appointment next week but until than id like any advice on this ....thanks so much to everyone.... you can probably take comfort in the doctor being happy to wait till next week - if they were seriously concerned they would have wanted to see you sooner. |
