Are manufacturers of hygiene products condemning our kids to a life with IDS?

Almost daily we see adverts on tele etc., for anti-bacterial products.
"There are more bacteria on your chopping board than.....", "kills all known germs...." etc.
Use of these products means current and future generations grow up in artificially clean environments which surely means that they do not develop an adequate immunity system so when they do encounter contamination they don't have the means to resist (IDS -Immunity Deficiency Syndrome).
Is this the price the product manufacturers are exacting in the name of profits?

most of those soaps and crap dont work anyway because they arent that strong and everything is resistant to them anymore because of the overuse

Haha, i work for a company called IDS... Does that mean i have it?

We must count on these products because all we know is what we hear on the news or read about..

I knew a couple of kids that i was baby sitting for and their mom refused to let them play out side.. It seemed they were always sick. They never were dirty and could not play like real kids now she was not doing them a favor.They both had horrible reactions to trees, grass, sunlight.
but to remove the siminella from our cutting board sounds like a must to me. There are still enough germs floating around that you can build up immunity....... good day
