Why is it sexually transmitted diseases have sexy sounding names?Syphilis chlamyda & gonorrhea, they could be.

the new model by Ferrari.
Yet other diseases have boring names .. try German measles the Common cold.
No the wonder STD's are on the increase.

offensive? THAT was offensive? You really don't know me do you?
Reported? Oh god please no!

reporting someone for a stupid reason will get you nowhere. Yahoo! Answer people are sick of it & they're bringing out changes to take control of it, so stupid people beware...

It's true! i'd buy the new Mercedes or Ferrarri Ghonorrhea, or Asten/Chrysler Syphilis. & if i heard of a Mustang Chlamidya i'd sure want to know what it looks like!! so i definitely get your point!

but i'm not sure people WANT std 'cos of what they sound like lol
that would be quite tragically funny. Though it did get a chuckle or two out of me.

HAHAHAHAHAHAA

theres nothing sexy about aids...... although herpies sounds like a song

I dont think they sound sexy, i think they sound dirty

THEY DONT!!

are you mad.

Your pic is repulsive & reported.

There are kids on this site. Think about it.

1 word for you matey WEIRDO

your weird. those don't sound sexy to me. they sound like something scary. If anything, how their spelled is weird, like vaccuum. The only word in the english dictionary where two u's are next to each other.

I don't know does Warts sound nice to you?

reporting people is lame. I don't think these name are cool or sexy but that's only because we associate them with STDs if we didn't know what they were then we would have a completely different outlook on these words.

Yes, lets give them boring sounding names that'l stop people spreading them around,.......after all not many get a common cold these days.

You have never seen or smelled gonorrhoea have you?

You simply like the Greek and Latin sounds. For instance gonorrhea meant: morbid loss of semen, from Greek gonorrhoia, from gon- + -rrhoia -rrhea. Syphilis and Chalymidia find their origin in Latin.

However German Measles is properly called (much to your liking:) Rubella from the Latin "red." The common cold is a rhinovirus, better called a Rhinovirus of picornaviruses. Rhino is Latin relating to the mucous membranes of the sinus.

Clearly you are a scholar to be...quickly run to the nearest college and enroll in ancient Greek and Latin where you will meet the love of your life and the both of you can croon poetically in sexy sounding words.

they sound sexy because they are sexually transmitted!!! DUH!!!!
