Do you have the same feeling when you are about to become ill?

Just before or on the 1st day of illness, say a cold my back get's really tender to the touch. If I touch my back it kind of hurts a little.

Anyone ever get this? I had a word with a nurse and she told me that when I was young I got mumps or german measles and this left something in my back region? Any ideas?

I get that also. I have never had mumps or measles. I usually only get the sore back when I am hit with the flu.

yes i feel pain there and it feels bruised ,,,and heavy hard to hold myself up right ,its not good but it only last while im ill

I get it too but I've never had mumps or measles. Its sore probably because your body is fighting off germs or viruses, so of course your sore. Take a really hot shower and relax. You should feel better soon!!
