What services are available for my part Aboriginal boyfriend?

Firstly how does he reunite with his tribe Wiradjuri? from there he has been through 2 misscarriages with me, his Pop died, and his brother also hung himself 4 months ago in custody wrongfully. My boyfriend has just had further genetic testing after the one we both had due to our baby who died of triploidy, due to my boyfriend's family history his Nan dying of emphesema and his brother mentioned above was diagnosed with it at the age of 30. Due to this early onset he must now wait 3 months to see if he has alpha -1-antitrypsin defeciency which is often results in early onset emphesema. Surely there is something some service available to those who have been through such tradgedy. please tell me anything you know that can help me help him, even info if these tests show positive to the defective gene??? PLEASE

Max and Gloria Reid
Max and Gloria Reid have been painting Didgeridoos for many years and have exported their products around the world. They come from the Wiradjuri Tribe and live in Derriwong, central NSW, Australia
The Wiradjuri Tribe
This tribe is one of the largest tribes in Australia and was known for its fierce fighting warriors. The tribe's totem is the goanna (Girrawaa) which appears on many of their paintings.

Wiradjuri tribe is also known by the name of "the River people" as they all lived along the banks of the Lachlan River which stretches across NSW.
