Two genetic disorders that can only happen to males?Females?

I need two genetic disorders that can only happen to males and their causes, and same with females. Thanks everyone.

Male: Klinefelter's Syndrome

colorblindness, its genetic and can only be inherited by males.
Rett syndrome, found in female children, is a progressive condition resulting in significant neurological complications.

Hemmophilia (sp) ...females carry the gene but only males are affected.

Hemophilia is a genetic disorder that generally affects only males. However, there are affect females due to skewed-X inactivation.

Klinefelter syndrome is not technically genetic. It is chromosomal. If you are looking at chromosomal disorders, then that is correct. Another chromosomal disorder that only affects females is Turner syndrome. Again, these are technically not genetic.

Duchene Muscular Dystrophy generally only affects males. Fragile X generally only affects males as well.

Google "X-linked genetic condition" you should get your answer.
