What is the Worst Genetic Disorder?

I have a school project in which i have to fill my brain with everything about a certain genetic disorder, my problem is that i don't know any genetic disorders to do it on. Any help will be well appreciated.

Whoever submits the genetic disorder i choose to do it on will recieve 10 points!! It won't hurt !!

Here are some to look at: Huntingtons disease, trisomy 18, trisomy 13, hemophilia A, tay sachs, marfan's syndrome (supposedly Abraham Lincoln had that), sickle cell anemia, Hurler's syndrome, achondroplasia (dwarfism), Prader-Willi, and osteogenesis imperfecta (brittle bone disease). All of these are pretty interesting, and some have a lot of info available (sickle cell, marfan's, hemophilia, Huntingtons). Good luck on your project, and I hope one of these disorders will spark your interest!

CYSTIC FIBROSIS is the worst genetic disorder ! good luck !!!

I would have to say NF (neurofibromatosis).

It can cause severe disfigurement.

worst can be
1) downs syndrome...in which person is severly mentally retarded..mogolian look
other genetic disorders like cystic fibrosis or PKU or sickle cell anaemia atleast give some years to live with sense!

Nemo Deficiency- Nemo is the "master switch" that is found in the cytoplasm, it regulates the signals between the cell membrane and nucleus. NEMO stands for Nuclear Factor Kappa B Essential Modifier. Most doctor will never diagnosis this because it is so uncommon, it is a primary immune deficiency which affects up to 10 million people world wide. There is a cure for it, a stem cell transplant which will give the children a new immune system. Symptoms include lower extremity swelling, chronic diarrhea, malnutrition, dehydration, many ear infections, family history, and when they begin to cut their teeth they are pointed and not flat. If this is not diagnosed they will die young and with no known causes.
