What is the name of this genetic disorder?

hey there, umm....i donnu if u heard about her or saw her but...a baby girl was born in new zealand with a severely deformed face and doctors tried to kill her with an injection because of her severe deformities that can't be corrected but the parents refused and they took their child and called her 'miracle baby' and still trying to find a doctor for her....my question is....why was she born like that? what is the name of her genetic disorder?

I think you might be referring to Treacher Collins Syndrome. I don't know about the girl in New Zealand, but there is a girl in Florida who has this and they have done a special on the Discovery channel about her and her family.
