Generalized Anxiety Disorder - Tingling toes?

I've read that your toes can tingle if you have GAD. HAs anyone experienced this? Or know why?

Before I was diagnosed with GAD I had really severe tingling in my fingers and toes. After being put on Lexapro, about 3 weeks into it the tingling stopped. The tingling gets worse the more you dwell on it. Talk to your doc about getting on a low dosage. It was hell the first few weeks (and i still have "little" side effects) but the pro's definitely outweigh the cons.

Numbness of the toes generally is a result of conditions that affect the nerves and/or blood vessels that supply the foot. Numbness of the toes is often associated with tingling. This is referred to as paresthesia of the toes.
