Does Generalized Anxiety Disorder last for a lifetime? |
I mean, is there a cure for that or people who suffer from it must take meds for all their lives? It is not the same as Bipolar Disorder or Schizophrenia, which often require lifetime medications. Hello, |

Yes, i read that vitamins B12 and B6 are supposed to help, also magnesium. One way I got rid of my anxiety was signing up at a health club and taking yoga classes.
