I have generalized anxiety disorder, and have been looking to talk . has anyone heard of careplace? No i havent heard of careplace but i have an anxiety disorder too its actually a form of depression and seeing a councellor or mental health expert or your local doctor (to get a referal) are great places to go to talk and talking about it really helps i was diagnosed at 16yrs of age and am now 24yrs and whilst i still suffer from it i can help control it with techniques i was taught from my therapist. http://dailystrength.org/support/Anxiety...
