How can i prevent generalized anxiety disorder?


and if i have it how can i stop it without going to a therapists or do drugs?

If you think you have it don't be afraid to see a professional and get checked out. If you're uncomfortable with medication then tell them, but it's very very hard to fix this on your own. You would probably at least need some therapy though.

exercise eat healthy and though it may sound gay yoga and meditation
