I am suffering from depression, generalized anxiety disorder and possibly social anxiety Help? |
I can't function normally, I worry all the time and get stressed very easily and I have no idea how to relax and forget my problems/worries. Also, I can't do normal stuff like hang out with my boyfriend and his friends. What can I do? Any advice, exercises I can do to help or anything? I need help pls!!!
