I am suffering from depression, generalized anxiety disorder and possibly social anxiety Help?

I can't function normally, I worry all the time and get stressed very easily and I have no idea how to relax and forget my problems/worries. Also, I can't do normal stuff like hang out with my boyfriend and his friends. What can I do? Any advice, exercises I can do to help or anything? I need help pls!!!

I'll get to the point.
First of all you need Jesus Christ in your life
-believe in Him
-repent (ask Jesus to forgive you and save you)
-then ask Jesus to fill your heart with His Peace, Joy and Love.
Second of all you might be lacking some vitamins, yes vitamins, our bodies were created to run on vitamins that come from fruits, vegetables and water.
-eat organic or home grown fruits and vegetables
-drink clean fresh water or filtered water with-out flouride
-stop consuming white sugar and everything that has it, and watch the ingredients and stay away from hydrogenated fats and oils.
thank you for your time :)

1) Exercise does help with depression, etc
2) See a therapist

there is a very simple exercise that u can do to limit ur anxiety by following these easy steps :
1- spend 30 minutes of ur day only to think about ur problems and anxiety but only within these 30 minutes that u r allowed to express ur fears and anxiety . i suggest talking to a friend in those 30 minutes .and for the rest of the day do not worry or think about ur problems .also do that in the same place daily .

2- if u r unable to do that . try not to think of ur anxieties for 30 minutes a day .

3- define the things that worry u . look at them from another perspective . remember that u have what it takes to overcome problems .

i feel the same way as u do . and im majoring in psychology and this exercie helped me alot .

best of luck to u .
