How to ask therapist about useing Drugs for GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) to therapist? |
I think I should be put on some type of drug for GAD, how should I ask my therapist about it? Let your therapist know the extent your anxiety is affecting you. Just tell your therapist what you are feeling (symptoms) and ask what can be done about it... Explain to your therapist your symptoms, and everything you are feeling etc. A therapist can not prescribe drugs but can connect with your Dr. or a Psychiatrist to help you Good Luck rather than that i think you should ask her to refer you to a psychiatrist he will give you the best help i know because i have been there. they realy know there job. |
