Does this happen to anybody else with Generalized Anxiety Disorder? |
I always have some kind of stress symptom. not so much all the time. My meds are managing them well. with anxitey disorder meds should manage your symptoms well but they won't cure you. you should see a psychotherapist along with your meds and they and your doctor can work together for the best form of treatment that will keep you from having headaches and hyperventallating etc. I was on effexor for a while but then just couldn't get any sleep at all...now I'm on fluoxetine and that is working better. my friend is a psychotherapist and she can prescribe drugs too which is good because she can taylor the prescription to suit her treatment plan. perhaps there is one in your area. sometimes |
