What would it be like to be 14 and have GAD? (Generalized Anxiety Disorder)?

What would it be like to be 14 and have GAD? (Generalized Anxiety Disorder)?

Very similar to being 14 and not having it.

Anxiety disorders, are serious things; shortness of breath, panicing, dizzy feelings, metalic taste int the mouth etc. and they can make it difficult to live your life. However anxiety disorders are very specific conditions, not just freaky feelings, and are more common in older people.

Go see your doctor if you feel there is a problem, but generally speaking, being 14 is hard work and you may feel anxious a lot of the time and that is normal.
