I need help?

Okay theres most likely nothing i can do except gene therapy or medication or some crazy scientific thing but: i am 16, with a bone age of less than 16 (which is good in my case, bone age around 12 or so) but i am only 130something centimetres tall and i really would like to grow taller. i also have some problems in my hips which will require hip replacement unless science will come up with some weird new discovery. is there anything i can do to grow taller?

You are right dear, there is nothing that you can really do! I know from experience!! You are still growing so I would eat right, get lots of calcium and follow my doctors orders! They are experimenting everyday on things to help with all kinds of medical problems. So don't give up hope!! Till then, love yourself as you are! I was worried that I would never find someone to love me cause I am so short. Boy was I wrong! I had to first love myself before anyone else could love me. I wouldn't take anything for being my short self now, cause that is how God made me and I am so cute (he-he)! Good Luck dear!

not really, just don't neglect your calcium.

I would stick with what your doctors tell you.

i donno about growing taller but if all Else fails then just except the height u are it doesn't define you or Ur self worth

I came across this answer a few months back. I have no idea on how effective it is, but the advice was simple and non-invasive so it is worth a try.

Before you go to sleep, lie flat in bed and s-t-r-e-t-c-h your arms up and at the same time your legs down. Reach as far as you can go. Hold this position for 7 seconds.

When you wake up in the morning, do the same motion for 7 seconds.

That's it. Do it every day and every night. Hopefully you will see results by the end of the month.

nutrition and physical exercise are the best ways to grow.
The Vietnamese are experimenting with these to make their children grow taller, it's a sign of beauty apparently, I'm not very tall either but I'm proud anyway

heres the best thing to do...try to walk always on your tiptoe...accordingly, that would generate your....(i dont kno the term)which is located there for rapid growth...have patience and bare the pain...

consult ur docter !!

After consulting a doctor if you are able to exercise daily in the morning and evening follow the notes given below:-
you might have seen Two iron rings connected vertically with a long chain which is attached with an Iron bar horizontally about 10 feet height. Catch it with your left and right hands.and swing to fro for 5 minutes daily.
