Is there any possibility of finding a cure for down's syndrome?

No. Down Syndrome is not a disease.

nope. down's syndrome is a disorder that gene therapy cannot change. every cell would have to be corrected in order for that to happen. its just not possible

I'm thinking that is highly unlikely. When a child is born with Down's Syndrome it was caused by either a faulty egg or sperm. I would say that there is no way to prevent a faulty egg from being fertilized or a faulty sperm from fertilizing an egg. It seems to me the only way to prevent that from happening would be if every birth was done through INVITRO and both the sperm and egg were studied for "errors" before being fertilized and implanted.
