Possibly exposed to gastroenteritis, will i get it?

I made out with my girlfriend two nights ago. The next morning (yesterday) she had diarrhea and then starting vomiting in the afternoon. She was exposed to 3 people over the weekend who had the virus.I took an Airborne that night to be safe. I felt fine until last night at 1 am when i woke up and ran to the bathroom because i was extremely nauseous and felt like i was going to gag and vomit. I sat up for about 10 minutes and was fine. This morning I felt fine, just a little weak/tired, but ate a couple pieces of toast for breakfast. I drank an entire bottle of water at school and then came home and ate a banana and pringles and don't feel nauseous at all. My lower stomach is moving around and making some noises. I dont feel sick to my stomach or anything, it just feels like "bowel" part of my system is a little weird, thats all. She just got back from the doctor and she has gastroenteritis. My question is am i still able to get sick or has the worst passed? I think the airborne helped

Viral gastroenteritis is an intestinal infection caused by several different viruses. Highly contagious, viral gastroenteritis is the second most common illness in the United States. It causes millions of cases of diarrhea each year. So it is very possible that you have contracted it
