Gastroenteritis...Stomach Virus?

what are some home remedies for it? Or over the counter medications?

Norovirus is the most common cause of viral gastroenteritis. Unfortunately, there is no treatment for it. It will go away in about a day and a half. You can take different medications to help you feel better, but the vomiting and diarrhea will go away on their own time schedule. The best thing to do is drink plenty of liquids to keep from getting dehydrated. The best liquids are things that replace your electrolytes, such as Pedialyte.
