Can stomach flu (gastroenteritis) cause slow digestion? I vomited meal 10 hours later.?

I have never heard of vomiting 10 hours after eating with the flu. Usually it will come back up in 10-15 minutes or less. I would say you have another problem. If you don't get better soon you should see a doctor.

I would say so
When you have a stomach flu, you do not digest properly therefore you gag and regurgitate all the food you ate causing you to vomit.

yes it can. I hope you feel better now.

i don't no about ten hours later when i had the flu it was more like ten min. later

yes it can!! get well!

yes the flu is a stange thing that can happen becareful what you eat drink sprite that helps good luck

No.
Just the opposite.
When you have the flu, you are loosen up.
I have a nervous stomach and over active bowel (sorry) disgusting sounding.

You have something else. Go the the doctor.

Hope you feel better.
