Never had Hives before, Now on Day 4 of Chronic breakouts. What can I do to stop?

I have provided a summary of my daily routines to show you when it started, how it is progressively getting worse. I

Christmas day 12/25 鈥?I go to movies, get nachos and water. Later have chicken wings for dinner, a cookie, some candy. Go to bed
12/26 鈥? wake up 3am vomiting. Every 2-3 hours continuously have vomiting episodes. Attempt to hold down water unsuccessful. Rougly 3pm smoke marijuana to subdue the nausea successfully. Vomiting stops. Stomach full of gas and inflamed. Thought to suffer from gastroenteritis. Have small portion of soup for dinner. NO HIVES PRESENT

12/27 - Feeling better, appetite returns, I eat a small portion of soup for lunch. Normal Day. Go eat Chinese with family for dinner. Hives not present yet

12/28 - First day of Hives appearing in the evening. Nothing has changed other than my immune system being weakened by a possible virus which caused gastroenteritis. Benadryl taken at full dose completely stops hives and pass out

12/29 鈥?Wake up 11ish only to have another outbreak of hives. Minimal dose of Benadryl is taken throughout the day to control them. Hives are thought to be an allergic reaction to something in the house (UNVERIFIED). Lunch, pizza with pinapple and tomato. Bread as snack. Benadryl wears off and hives return. Dinner P.F Changs. (YUMM)
12/30 鈥?Wake up at 8am. Almost immediate breakout of hives. The worst breakout to date. Legs, buttocks, back, and arms. I take benedryl and they subside, but my feet remain itchy. Treated with hydrocortisone cream. Feet still remain itchy, wondering what that may be

Zyrtec will stop it, but I believe you will need a prescription.

Have you made and changes in the type of soap or laundry detergent you are using. Some types of soap make me break out really badly. Are you taking any prescriptions?

go to wal-mart and get an oat meal bath mix. it'll make your hives go away pretty fast.

I had hives for years and finally lucked into what was causing them. First of all, finding a food allergy is very difficult and you are right it may just be caused by the virus you had on Christmas.
Everything meal you described has had wheat or msg in it or both so my recommendation is to give yourself a week or two of no wheat or msg products and see how you do. Then add a little bit in and see if you have a problem and add a little more if they stay away. If you start having hives again or they don't go away, see an allergist.
