Have to have blood test redone need fbe for "link cytios"what is this? |
recently had gastroenteritis,in very bad way vomited lots of blood also lost lots of blood in urine and stools.Have been ask to redo blood as something wasnt right in the first test.clinical details say "links cytois"not sure what that is. Cytosis (which is what I think you mean) means "A condition in which there is more than the usual number of cells". So you have cells in the sample which should not be there, hence the retest; Hi, I am not sure - the best thing would be to ask when you get the blood taken - I imagine it to be a check for any viruses left in the blood, though I am not a mdeical expert.
