My tummy hurts!? |
I just got over having gastroenteritis, (stomach flu), I only had it for one day and that was saturday, however, my stomach is no longer upset, but shall i say it is picky. Like, it is very sensitive, i want to to be better and NOW! But it is taking its sweet time, also i have been gassy but no bowel movement since Saturday either. So what should i do? Please help as I have to work today and want to stop feeliing lathargic. I have tried eating but can not eat much in one sitting. How can i feel better sooner? You really can't make yourself get better any quicker. You have to have rest and a real careful light diet for a few days more. Try drinking some chamomile tea, that helps settle a stomach. And after a stomach flu like that, don't expect to dive right into what you are used to eating. It will take time. Dry toast and tea for a while. |
