What basic care do they give in hospital after car accident?

My bf told his boss that he got into a car accident and was taken to the hospital for minor injuries so that he would not be in trouble for not showing or calling. I am making him a fake return to work note. I am using an old one except changing the dates and obvious things. Well the note says the diagnosis is gastroenteritis - I need to change this into something that makes since with being in a car wreck. And also if anyone knows, what the prescription would look like for pain medicine. It currently says:
GASTRO-ENT: VIRAL, Adult
Phenergan 25 mg 15 (fifteen)
Obviously this would not coincide with the car wreck excuse. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

barthebear hmm you're right - thanks!

Yes you are right about that excuse not working. I just feel I would be complicit in fraud if I told you what to put. I urge you to tell your boyfriend to go in and tell the truth. The truth will set you free
