What basic care do they give in hospital after car accident? |
My bf told his boss that he got into a car accident and was taken to the hospital for minor injuries so that he would not be in trouble for not showing or calling. I am making him a fake return to work note. I am using an old one except changing the dates and obvious things. Well the note says the diagnosis is gastroenteritis - I need to change this into something that makes since with being in a car wreck. And also if anyone knows, what the prescription would look like for pain medicine. It currently says: barthebear hmm you're right - thanks! Yes you are right about that excuse not working.
