Is there an effective treatment for a patient having gastric cancer at the age of 77? |

In India there is a sad and inhuman trend that since older people have lesser life expectancy better treat a young patient properly than the older ones... sorry to say but this is an open secret... just let me know whether a 77 yr old gastric cancer patient can be treated properly... atleast in a way that the life expectancy goes up by another 1-2 years?
