What are symptoms of colon cancer or ulcerative colitis? are they cause gastric problems,back pain?

This is not for self diagnositc purposes...if you have a problem you need to be seen by a Physician and EXAMINED. If you are having similar symptoms I suggest you see a physician sooner rather than later.

Ulcerative colitis: Typically there is bloody diarrhea. Usually there's no pain, but sometines there is. Patients often complain of fatigue, which is usually related to inflammation and anemia (loss of blood in diarrhea).

Crohn's disease: Patients complain of abdominal pain and diarrhea. Pain seems to be common, especially if there is some degree of obstruction. Although the pain can be almost anywhere within the abdominal cavity, the most common locations are the lower abdomen and right lower quadrant. Like Ulcerative Colitis, patients complain of fatigue.

Many times patients have been diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome before being diagnosed with IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease, ie. Crohns and Ulcerative Colitis).

Go see your doctor or a GI specialist. It can be so many things like IBM, colitis, ulcers, acid reflux, heartburn, etc.
