Gastric Bypass Surgery: What Nutritional Supplements Do You Need? |
I'm not getting gastric bypass, but I have idea I wanted to try of trying to mimic it by eating very small portions for meals. :) And I'd also take the pills that gastic bypass patients take to make sure that I get all my vitamins and minerals. There is a singnificant percentage of people that get peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage) after losing weight fast. Aprox 5%. Here is a website that list vitamins you will need if you have gastric bybass surgery. Definately consider taking B-complex vitamins. Ask your doctor. |
