Gastric bypass in 2000!!! HELP? |
I had a gastric bypass in 2000. I lost over a 100 pounds and did very well until now. I have a 2 year old now and have went back up in weight to 150. I just need to lose 20 pounds and it has been sooooooooo HARD...ANY IDEA'S??? PLEASE HELP!!!! talk to the doc that did your surgery and watch what you eat get back on the diet |
