Ganglion cyst surgery on foot? |
I'm having surgery to remove a ganglion cyst on my foot. What should I expect after the surgery? Will I be able to walk right away? It will depend on where the cyst is and how invasive the surgeon has to go to remove it. It will also depend on your state of health prior to the surgery. I would guess you could use a surgery shoe for a week or so. It shouldn't be too bad. Make sure you take the after care very seriously. It really makes a difference on your healing process. Good Luck. I would think you'd be on crutches for a while, but can't be sure cause I don't know where at on your foot. |

A cyst will usually be soft and you can press down on it.
