Post Ganglion Cyst removal - no flexibility?

i had my ganglion cyst in my dominant hand (right hand) surgically removed 5 weeks ago (June 13th) I was put to sleep for the operation, had my hand in a splint/half cast for 2 weeks and required about a month off work. im back at work now (receptionist) but i still cant bend my wrist. theres no flexibilty at all. it just WONT move! is this still normal after 5 weeks? when will i be able to bend it properly again? Will it ever be as good as normal?

Yes, you will bet your ROM back, it will take some time. You need to contact your doctor and get into physical therapy or see a hand therapist. The longer you wait the longer it will take to get you motion back.
