How do you cure ganglion cyst at the base of the finger without surgery? "Ganglion Cyst Treatment My husband has one on his wrist that flares up from time to time. The only "cure" is surgery, but we have no insurance so he just takes prescription anti-inflammatory arthritis meds. They help the cyst go down and stop hurting. He only takes them when it flares up bad. Is a meat cleaver considered surgery? a ganglion cyst is a tumor so you need a Drs. care on what to do about it Not sure if this remedy will work on a ganglion cyst, but using Apple Cider Vinegar will eliminate warts. Might be worth a try since it is cheap, and wouldn't harm anything. I have some that come and go. The doctor was not helpful except surgery, but I tried to treat them as I once did a mole. I tried to smother them and it worked; for a while. I used 'prid', also called 'black salve'. I kept them covered with a bandage. It took a long time, but they did shrink a lot, nearly gone. But they have come back. I have been thinking I might try an otc mole or corn remover. I think the main thing was cutting off air. From what I understand, if you just wait (perhaps a long time) it will probably resolve on its own. |
