Need to stop gambling?

I have been gambling all my life i am 31 now and i have lost a fortune over my time bet on football I am coming to terms that must stop because its changing my personality ... Is there more like me out there and how did you stop ??

I can relate.

I know how it gets your blood rushing, how it makes your bloodpressure going all over the place.
I know how it gets you high....heart racing.......and winning makes you feel like a genius, and losing makes you feel like you're unlucky as hell!

I have recently quit. It's just self-control. I'm sure you have an addictive personality.
You've got to be stern with yourself. And tell yourself that I am in control.

Yes, millions or billions. My brother, mother, mother in law all had to file bankruptcy because of gambling. I know you know this, but gambling is an addiction just like heroin, alcohol, food, and you need to seek therapy for your addictive behavior.
