What is the best way to stop my gambling addiction.?

i owe everyone money and need to stop gambling but i cant stop because i owe everyone money

i have a job and i am on拢50,000 a year but i am still broke

You should do something else. Maybe get a job so you can earn the money and focus on something else during the day. You might want to watch TV more. Exercising usually helps get your mind clear.

First of all, you admit that you have a problem, that is great. Next, find friends, family members, or go to a Gambling Anonymous group where you have a sponsor. You need to find someone you trust to hold you accountable. Then I would suggest finding something else to do with the time that you are usually gambling - drink water. Gambling can be stopped, addiction must be treated. Go to support groups for gamblers, get the support of your family and friends, stay away from places where people gamble or from places that you used to freguent. Do different things than when you were gambling. It only takes 21 days to change a habit if you replace it with something else. Get professional help for the addiction.
