Gambling is an addiction, just as booze and drugs. You need to constantly be aware of it and take steps to control it. Attend a Gamblers Anonymous meeting. Find one in your area.

you have to have friends and family to support you as you stop gambling,put money in a bank and store a little tiny bit for yourself to gamble and keep on reducing the money you take out for yourself and see where it goes from there.
