How do I stop gambling?

I just landed a new job and in my area the GA is not in my area. I have no insurance, and very little cash (if I did I would probably blow it). I met with a therapist through my local mental health assoc. where I live however now that I have a job I'm no longer eligible for that program. I really need some help.

Try limiting yourself to nickel-dime poker with friends, maybe 3 times a month. That's what I'm doing about MY gambling problem, and it seems to be working so far.... As far as on-line gaming, don't make any deposits -- just limit yourself to freerolls.
