I think that commercial is hilarious.

It's definitely possible that a pill intended to calm one part of your brain could excite another. For example, I take a medication that calms my anxiety, but I often find myself REALLY wanting to drink (I don't though). Just goes to show that there really is no "magic bullet" for most problems.
