I have restless leg syndrome and need help.?

I take requip and it works but I have one side effect (maybe) - I have become addicted to gambling. This may not be the reason that I love gambling so much but I heard on the TV that some people are having this side effect. In any case I would like to try something else (a natural cure or help) if possible. Has any one else had this problem? Maybe it is just a coincidence and I just love gambling.

Quinine. I also have thay and it helps alot. You can get it at Walgreens or Walmart. The name is Rylands and it is for leg cramps but it helps. My doctor told me to take it.

Try drinking Tonic water, not the diet type.
It contains quinine which has been found to ease those symptoms sometimes.
Either that or have a Gin and Tonic and continue with the gambling!

Try acupuncture! I just started getting treatments for my legs that were bothering me for years and I finally tried acupuncture as a last resort and was VERY surprised with the results. Think about how long acupuncture has been around for.... there is a reason for that!
