Can gallstones make you feel CONSTANT nausea?

I was diagnosed with gallstones a few months back and have been suffering from daily discomfort with a few major major attacks over the past few months but lately it seems like i feel so nauseated ALL the time...no matter what...is this common with gallstones??

yes common.

the gallbladder can be removed laproscopically. Day surgery. I tell you it was the best thing I ever did. I felt so much better, immediately. To me the pain from the surgery was nothing compared to the gallbladder attacks. I'm very surprised you haven't had it out already. The surgery is nothing like it was 20 years ago. I was out of work for a week I could have gone back sooner. I know people who were back in 3 days!

Yeah. My mum got a gallstone removed and it was the size of a chicken nugget!

Absolutely. Hurts like hell, doesn't it? Had mine out in April, this year. I lived off Alka Seltzer for years before I finally just had to have surgery. After I had the surgery, I wondered why I ever waited so long. So have it taken out, and start enjoying food again.

Yes, most likely it is the swelling of the gall bladder that is causing inflamation or pinching of the lungs and/or stomach making it uncomfortable for you. Are you currently taking anything for the stones? I would call your regular doc or a gastrologist and let them know immediately. It isn't so serious now maybe, but it can get a lot worse. I am not trying to alarm you at all, but don't wait around on this. It should be addressed very quickly. Good Luck Hun I hope you feel better.
