Gallstones and liver cyst?

I was recently diganosed with gallstones and a cyst on my liver. Are they connected and does everybody have gallstones?

Had mine taken out.

A lot of people get gallstones which usually results in getting your gallbladder removed. The cyst my just be an infection. see your doc if your really concerned.
