What is latest treatment of gallstones.?

i have full gallstones...another quiestion;-i have check my LFT(liver function test) in which ALT & AST are three time grater then normal..what is this and what can be reason.?

They can remove the gallbladder laproscopically now.
If the gallstone move into the area of the bile ducts, it can
block the flow of bile...This bile can back up into the liver
and cause cell damage. Considering you know your
lab results, you are probably under a doctors care.
If there is a stone blocking your bile ducts, the doctors
can sometimes remove this stone by doing a ERCP.
This is where they numb your throat and ask you to swallow
a scope and you are sedated and don't remember anything
until you awake in the recovery room. With this scope,
they will move it through the esophagus, through the
stomach, pass the first part of the intestines to the area where the bile duct comes down to the meet the intestines. They will inject dye, see where the stone is at and possibly break up or remove the stone. If there is a stone blocking your bile ducts, you should have pain in that area, I would think. Some gallbladder stones pass themselves and
don't need this procedure. However, since you have a
gallbladder full of them, surgery to remove the gallbladder
may be indicated.

Since ALT and AST are the liver enzymes that they test
to see if the liver has damage....this may be an indication
of possible problem in that area. Usually, it is the
Alkaline Phosphatase level that shows them a problem
with the biliary area.

Hope this information is of some benefit to you.

it is possible to soften and move stones from the gall bladder by fasting for a minimum of three days while drinking only water and large quantities of organic apple juice -- if this seems too barren or you are not ready to fast directly you could begin drinking the organic apple juice in quantity while easing off on the solid food with fresh organic greens and fruits until the stool is exclusively of this matter. At that point two days of pure organic apple juice and then about a cup (slightly less for a smaller than average person will do) of fresh cold pressed virgin or extra virgin olive oil and some good rest for a few hours. you may feel chills and sickness of the midriff -- a warm ginger compress on the liver from front or back can help to pass the compressing feeling that may arise. then one tends to shortly have a rather serious bowel movement during which many people actually hear the gallstones clank on the inside of the toilet bowl.
the fasting and the apple juice prepares and softens the liver and the stones and clears the intestinal track, then the oil causes the liver to dump and turn over its oil stores causing the gall bladder to purge intensely.

i know people who thought they were healthy that released dozens of pea sized stones this way.

if you are obese, or to toxic to tolerate the fasting and the juice this will be to much for you -- but i do believe that anybody could actually do this purification form if they set their mind to it.

as well most people find that an enormous emotional flux moves in them when they do this - congested heat and anger.

the liver function is out of balance for the same reasons you have these stones -- your diet -- this includes what you breath.

good healing
blessings
